The new Abiding Anchor webpage is ready
I reviewed the present page and retained its central wisdom—grounding in the present, turning toward Jesus as a relational anchor, and resting rather than forcing an outcome. I also softened claims that were too mechanical, particularly the suggestion that vocalizing a phrase automatically stimulates the vagus nerve. The revised page uses more careful language consistent with research on grounding, slower breathing, emotion naming, and relational prayer.
